Allow us to invite you to the „Minerály a drahé kameny / Minerals and Gemstones sales fair“, which takes places in the same venue and at the same time as the „Sberatel / Collector fair“– the largest meeting of collectors of post stamps, coins, postcards and other collector’s articles in Central and Eastern Europe.
Thanks to the synergy of both events, you can expect up to 10,000 customers from all over the world. However, we also invite visitors to the „Minerály a drahé kameny / Minerals and Gemstones sales fair“by a targeted and intensive promotional campaign, which starts two months before the event’s opening day.
It includes promotional billboards advertising the „Minerály a drahé kameny / Minerals and Gemstones sales fair“, poster areas at 500 public traffic stops all over Prague, radio spots broadcast by the Kiss, Radio Beat and Country Radio stations, and internet advertisements placed on the Sklik, Adwords and Facebook portals. More than 10,000 potential visitors – members of our „Klan sběratelů / Clan of Collectors’“ loyalty program – will receive a free ticket to the fair.
Ladies and children, who account for a substantial segment of the visitors of the Minerals and Gemstones fair, are entitled to free admission to the event.
Moreover, every exhibitor will receive an electronic coupon for a free ticket from the organizers, which it can distribute without any limitation to any number of its business partners and acquaintances.

Accreditation for exhibitors
Exhibitors can receive accreditation for their participation since 10th September (from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) to 11th September (from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) in the Foyer by the Management. Exceptions can be made for receiving payment during that time for the rental of stands or tables, if this has not already been made at the time of invoicing.Sales areas will not be allotted in cases of non- settled payment.
Site allocation and terms of payment
The confirmation of the site allocation at the exhibition hall is provided by the organizer ca. 2 weeks before the fair at the latest but only in that case that the exhibitor has reimbursed the invoice. The rent for stand, space or table must be reimbursed by the date given in the invoice
Own lightning
The exhibitor who brings their own lightning to their rented table is obliged to inform organizers about electric power consumption in advance or lightning equipment power demand. There is a big danger of electric distribution overload, which can result in fire.Consumption of electricity from own source will be charged.
Security
During the event and overnight there will be security guarded, but we do not guarantee the left-overs.
Car Entry Permission
Each car entry is charged with 150 CZK approx. 6 € fee. There is also possible to buy by the Management of the Fair a parking card for € 14 / 1 day or € 20 / 2 days, this permission allows you free entry to the Fairgrounds (next to the hall).
